The proposed master plan update outlines phased improvements to modernize the existing 46.6-acre campus. Key updates include a new administration building, office spaces, field house upgrades, enhanced athletic facilities, expanded parking, and revised traffic circulation. Designed to support current and long-term operational needs without increasing student enrollment, the project prioritizes neighborhood compatibility, infrastructure enhancement, and orderly redevelopment.
