DESCRIPTION
The Fishhawk MOB unifies high-acuity clinical environments with a modern corporate headquarters, under a single 36,400-square-foot footprint, in Lithia, Florida.
Architecturally, the building operates as two distinct wings anchored by a luminous central lobby that acts as the primary axis of circulation. One wing isolates the highly technical, sterile requirements of a four-suite ambulatory surgical center and orthopaedic practice, as well as a physical therapy suite, while the adjacent volume houses a collaborative workspace for the Orthopaedic Medical Group of Tampa Bay.
