DESCRIPTION
Located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, FL, these two 31-story contemporary hybrid towers redefine urban living. The design integrates residential, retail, and community spaces to create a vibrant and pedestrian-friendly environment while contributing to the city’s evolving skyline.
At street level, the project prioritizes connectivity and engagement with its surroundings. Retail spaces wrap around 2nd Ave S, activating the streetscape with shops and businesses that invite interaction and movement. Residential lobbies anchor the corners along 3rd Ave S, creating a welcoming transition between public and private spaces. Colonnades frame the ground level, adding a humanistic scale to the towers while providing shade and shelter from Florida’s subtropical elements. These features enhance walkability and foster a sense of community within the urban fabric.
The towers house 824 residential units designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living. Private balconies extend from each unit, offering sweeping views of the city and encouraging residents to connect with the outdoors. Above the parking structure, an elevated amenity deck on the 8th floor serves as a communal retreat for residents. This space includes lush landscaping, a resort-style pool, fitness facilities, and social lounges—creating a vibrant hub for relaxation and connection.
The architectural form is defined by flowing rooflines that evoke the gentle motion of ocean waves as they touch the sky. This sculptural gesture softens the verticality of the towers while reflecting St. Petersburg’s coastal identity. The façade combines glass and precast concrete to balance transparency with durability, resulting in a sleek yet resilient aesthetic that responds to both urban and environmental contexts.
This development is designed to enhance its surroundings by prioritizing active ground-floor uses and shaded pedestrian pathways that foster street-level vibrancy. The colonnades provide shelter while creating inviting spaces for pedestrians to linger and connect with their environment. By incorporating balconies and other features that encourage interaction with the outdoors, the design celebrates St. Petersburg’s unique climate while contributing to its reputation as a livable and forward-thinking city.
Through thoughtful integration of form, function, and community-focused design elements, these towers represent a contemporary vision for urban living in downtown St. Petersburg—a balance of density, sustainability, and architectural elegance.
