Steven J. Vinci, AIA | Principal
Steven was born in Saint Petersburg, Florida and studied at the University of Florida (M Arch 1996) and the Vicenza Institute of Architecture. In 1996, Steven joined CBB Architects making Senior Associate and serving on the Board of Directors until establishing ARC3 Architecture in 2002. His areas of focus include firm management and leadership. Steven is registered in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Alabama.
Eddie A. Mastalerz | Principal
Eddie was born in Beech Grove, Indiana and studied at the University of Florida (M Arch 1996) and the Vicenza Institute of Architecture. He taught at the Polytechnic Institute in Tirana Albania in 1996 with Harry Merritt. Eddie joined Robbins, Bell and Kreher Architects of Tampa, Florida in 1996. He moved to Jacksonville in 2001 and joined Gresham Smith + Partners as a Project Manager before establishing ARC3 Architecture in 2002. Eddies areas of focus include design, firm management and leadership.
Robert L. Blatter Jr., AIA | Principal
Robert was born in Buffalo, New York and studied at the University of Florida (M Arch 1996, M Building Construction 1996). He joined Gresham Smith + Partners in Jacksonville, Florida in 1996 making Associate and serving as a Lead Designer. Robert joined ARC3 Architecture in 2005 and his areas of focus include design, sustainability and technology.
John M. Babbitt, AIA | Associate
John was born in Sayre, Pennsylvania and studied at the University of Florida (M Arch 1998). He joined Robbins, Bell and Kreher Architects of Tampa, Florida in 1998. John has taught design studio at the University of South Florida and joined ARC3 Architecture in 2004. His areas of focus include design and project management.
