Echelon City Center Site 7 & 8 is a 363-unit, 14-story luxury apartment building starting construction in late 2023. The ground floor includes a residential lobby, amenity spaces, secured bicycle storage, over 17,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, and eight 3-story townhomes. All this program surrounds 5-levels of parking garage and support spaces. Level 6 of the project is where you’ll find the pool deck with outdoor gaming and lounging areas.
