DESCRIPTION

A master plan study to provide the framework for a new gateway to the Arts District for the Mahaffey and Dali, focusing on vehicular access, a covered drop off area, valet parking, a multi-story parking garage, and retail/Florida Orchestra opportunities. The vision includes dynamic use of the site including the St. Pete Grand Prix infield.

The enchanted conceptual design would include:

New 1200-1300 space parking garage
New Convention space embedded in the new garage along 1st Street South
New vehicular access corridor and valet drop off area connecting the primary drop off for both the Mahaffey and the Dali Museum
Enhanced entranceway and circulation
