The project is a 316-unit development located in Caldwell Idaho and includes apartment buildings, carriage style units, and a central clubhouse with a resort style pool. The apartment buildings are 4-stories with central corridors and are composed of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Accessory structures include a parcel kiosk and garage buildings.

The construction typology is slab on grade with wood framed walls, pre-engineered floor and roof trusses, lap siding, and asphalt shingle roofing.
