Brooks-DeBartolo Collegiate High School

Brooks-DeBartolo Collegiate High School acquired the City Life Church with the intent of creating a new campus adjacent to I-275 in Tampa. Completed in multiple phases, the existing 2-story, 45,640 SF building was renovated to include a new cafeteria with expanded seating, a gymnasium, 15-classrooms, an administration suite and 2-story lobby space. A 18,624 SF addition was also done as part of the first phase that included 8-classrooms, laboratories, restrooms, student locker rooms, a fitness suite and a new band room.

The recently completed second phase added another 2-story, 11,526 SF for 10 new classrooms. The site now includes a renovated parking and bus circulation drive, outdoor seating for the student cafeteria and a learning amphitheater with shade canopy.
